Returns
Customers may return eligible products within 30 days of receiving their order.
Conditions

- Clearance items (if applicable)
Refunds
After inspection and approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- If we sent the wrong item, return shipping will be covered by Net Deals Online.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
