1. Do I need to have an account to order?

No, you can place an order as a site guest.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard,) Shopify and PayPal payments.

3. How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online all monetary transactions are secure. When using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

4. Are there any exchange rates?

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction. By selecting your choice of currency from the curreny drop down menu you can get an equivalent price at your shopping cart.

5. How do I set my shipping address?

Since our website and service are based in English, all the information that you type in is required to be English for clarification.

6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacational address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.

7. How long does shipping take & how can I track my package?

The delivery time can be based on your location, processing times and Customs. Please allow between 2-4 weeks for shippment to USA, UK Canada, Australia and Europe. For all other countries delivery times may be slightly longer. Generally, shipping times maybe shorter than this.

Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

8. What Do I Do If I Have Missing Items In My Order?

If something is still missing or any questions regarding your order please contact us immediately at sales@netdealsonline. We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering and shipped the next day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

You can expect your package to arrive in 10-18 working days if you live in United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia. The approximate shipping time to others countries is between 15-20 working days. *Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore Netdealsonline does not guarantee delivery dates. Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

9. Can I get a Refund/Cancellation 

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. Returns (if applicable) We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@netdealsonline.
